BUG FIXES
- #2578 - Administration > Attribute Management > Assessment Types - When a user adds the 'Progressive Practices' Practice Name, the corresponding Practice Type was not displayed. This issue has now been successfully resolved in the current release.
- #3000 - Third Party Risk Management > Settings - The system now restricts users from selecting an end date that occurs before the start date, effectively preventing any potential scheduling conflicts. This improvement has been successfully implemented in the current release.
- #3097 - Third Party Risk Management > Assessment List > Response Report - In certain circumstances when a user would copy/paste from a document the response report would display the vendor's responses in white, making them challenging to read. This issue has been successfully addressed in the current release, improving overall readability.
- #3098 - Third Party Risk Management > Third Party Risk Assessment - A comprehensive PDF response report is now available at the pack level, encompassing data for all Third Party Risk Assessments (TPRAs) associated with that pack. This issue has been successfully resolved in the current release.
- #3099 - Third Party Risk Management > Assessment List - A vendor is unable to submit their assessment because clicking the green 100% button marks hidden questions as uncompleted, despite these not requiring vendor input. This issue has been resolved in the current release.
- #3112 - Maturity Management > MP Management > Managed Finding - When adding a new finding, users previously experienced an issue where the domain filters did not function correctly, resulting in no practices being displayed. This problem has been successfully resolved in the current release.
- #3126 - Sidebar Menu Items - Sidebar menu items will now be appropriately hidden for users who do not have a license to that particular module. This issue has been addressed in the current release.
- #3132 - Administration > Attribute Management > Assessment Type > Template - When a user has a template and attempts to rearrange the objective sorting after hitting the save button, they may encounter a "please wait" screen that prevents further action. This issue has been resolved in the current release.
- #3134 - User Security > Force Password Change - When initiating a "Force Password Reset," the system will now require users to enter their current password prior to creating a new one. This enhancement is designed to bolster user security. This issue has been addressed in the current release.
- #3151 - Administration > Attribute Management > Assessment Type - Users can now delete an assessment type, accompanied by relevant notifications. If the assessment type cannot be deleted due to existing assignments, a message will be displayed to inform the user of this restriction. This issue has been successfully implemented in the current release.
- #3157 - Document Control Management System > List - Users with the appropriate permissions previously could only delete documents in a Draft or Submitted state. This limitation has been addressed in the current release, allowing users to delete documents in all states.
- #3158 - Document Control Management System - When a user creates a new Change Request (CR), the Change Description field was previously auto-populating with details from any previously published CRs instead of appearing as a blank field. This issue has been resolved in the current release.
- #3162 - Third Party Risk Management > Third Party Risk Assessment - An unclear error message previously appeared when users attempted to delete a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Assessment. This issue has been successfully addressed in the current release.
- #3174 - Third Party Risk Management > Third Party Risk Assessment - Upon downloading the file, users previously encountered a situation where the file name would become disordered, necessitating manual renaming for each downloaded file. This issue has now been resolved in the current release.
PRODUCT ENHANCEMENTS
- #1909 - Third Party Risk Management > Terminology Updates - References to "Vendor Risk Assessments," "Vendor Profiles," and "Vendor Risks" have been updated throughout the product to enhance clarity and consistency. This improvement has been successfully implemented in the current release.
- #2916 - Third Party Risk Management > Third Party Risk Assessment - A new "Follow Up Required" flag has been introduced, which integrates key features already available in Compliance Management. This flag is designed solely for filtering and display purposes when reviewing overall practices and does not influence the completion percentage. This enhancement has been successfully implemented in the current release.
- #2997 - Compliance Management > Reporting - Create a JSVAP Report deliverable (DOC) report based upon the template provided. This report will help consolidate findings in an assessment. This enhancement has been successfully implemented in the current release.
- #2998 - Compliance Management > Reporting - Create a JSVAP Report deliverable (XLS) report based upon the template provided. This report will help consolidate findings in an assessment. This enhancement has been successfully implemented in the current release.
- #3010 - Maturity Management > SSP > SSP Approvals - The existing system for SSP Approvals has been streamlined to enhance usability and align it more closely with the approval processes found in other areas of the tool. This improvement introduces designated authors and approvers, fostering greater consistency across modules. This enhancement has been successfully implemented in the current release.
- #3148 - Administrator > Manage Campaign - The campaign management tool previously provided engagement reports; however, if multiple iterations existed within an engagement across various clients, it was challenging to report on that data effectively, as the campaign was restricted to a single iteration. This enhancement addresses that limitation in the current release.
- #3161 - Third Party Risk Management - Currently, there is no existing mechanism to alert users or groups when a new TPRM profile is created. This enhancement has been successfully implemented in this release.
- #3165 - Administrator > Notifications > Notification Templates - The "CC (Client) Project Manager" fields have been simplified to a general "CC" field. This allows clients to create their own templates and include any individuals they wish to always receive a copy of the correspondence. This enhancement has been successfully implemented in this release.
