BUG FIXES
- #3138 - Administration > Manage Libraries - A user account with the primary security role designated as 'User' and granted the 'TPRM Manager' product entitlement was previously able to access the Remediation Notes library unexpectedly. This issue has now been addressed and resolved in this release.
- #3153 - Login > Set Password - When a new user is created, the process proceeds as intended, and the user receives an email prompting them to set their password. However, users encountered an issue where they were informed that their chosen password had already been used, preventing them from completing the password setup. This issue has now been addressed and resolved in this release.
- #3154 - Administration > Assessment Type > Assessment Template - When a user cloned an existing assessment type and attempted to delete sections and questions from the cloned assessment template, they encountered errors. This issue has been successfully resolved in this release.
- #3156 - Administration > Users > Delete User - When users tried to delete an account, they found that the "Delete" button was unresponsive. This issue has now been successfully resolved in this release.
- #3168 - Third Party Risk Management >Third Party List > Setting - In the RACI drop-down lists found within the General Settings, all resources associated with every vendor for that client were visible to be selected from. This was not intended by the original design. This issue is resolved in this release.
- #3169 - Maturity Management > SSP - The downloaded version of the SSP report was displaying differences compared to the Virtual SSP. This issue has been successfully resolved in this release.
- #3170 - Login - In certain situations when a user would attempt to enter the 6-digit MFA validation code, an error message would appear, leading to a circular authentication failure. This problem has been addressed and resolved in this release.
- #3185 - Administration > Manage Clients > Users - When a new user is created, the initial "Set Password" email is successfully sent. However, previously, if the user details were edited and the Save button was clicked (including on subsequent saves), an additional "Set Initial Password" email was mistakenly triggered. This behavior has now been corrected in this release.
PRODUCT ENHANCEMENTS
- #2953 - Administrator > Template Management > Report Builder - The default report templates have been "locked" to prevent users from making direct edits. However, users still have the option to clone these templates and modify the clones as needed for their purposes. This enhancement is included in the current release.
- #3110 - Risk Register > Risk Register List - Add New Risk - The "Business Unit" label has been updated to "Business Division/Unit." Additionally, a new "Line of Business" dropdown has been introduced, along with a multi-select "Systems" dropdown. A "Data Classification" field has also been added. Furthermore, the term "Risk" has been removed from the labels for "Risk ID," "Risk Name," and "Risk Source" to enhance clarity. This enhancement has been implemented in this release.
- #3111 - Risk Register - The new release introduces a feature for unique auto-number generation for newly created risk records. Users can enable or disable this option as needed, and a designated number field will allow them to customize the auto-numbering format. This enhancement has been successfully implemented, providing greater flexibility and efficiency in risk management.
- #3115 - Risk Register > Business Services (Lines of Business) - Enhancements have been made to improve overall functionality, focusing on terminology and user interface adjustments to create a more user-friendly experience without altering the underlying business logic. This enhancement has been implemented in this release.
- #3120 - Third Party Risk Management > Third Party Risk Management Profile - The existing fields for a contact, which include name, email, phone, and title, have been renamed to "Primary." Additionally, new fields for "Technical" contact information have been introduced, allowing for the inclusion of business contact details. Lastly, UI/UX changes occurred to this screen to make it more user friendly. This enhancement has been implemented in this release.
