#3100 - Risk Register > Add New Risk - When a new risk was added users were not receiving notifications, also notifications were also not sent upon any status changes. This issue has been resolved in this release.
#3101 - Document Control Management System > New Document - When creating a new document from a template, certain fields, including date fields, were incorrectly being carried over from the template. This issue has now been resolved in this release.
#3102 - Document Control Management System > Notifications - When the "Do not notify distribution group" checkbox is selected during the publishing process, notifications will not be sent to the company distribution list. However, the internal team responsible for managing the document will still receive notifications, irrespective of the "Do not notify..." checkbox's status. This has been resolved.
#3104 - Document Control Management System > Document - The email notifications sent during the document publishing process previously lacked a summary of the changes made in that version. This issue has now been addressed in this release.

#2955 - Administration > Template Management > Report Builder - Users can currently view and edit all report templates; however, the ability to clone specific reports has been lacking. With this new feature, users are now empowered to clone certain default report templates, enhancing their workflow and flexibility.
