  • #4673 - Administration > Organization Settings - Resolved an issue that prevented the preset theme color selection from being applied correctly.
  • #4676 - Adminsitration > Manage Clients > File Repository - Resolved an issue preventing repository settings from being saved after clearing and re-entering the connector configuration.
  • #4677 - Administration > User Login Logs - Corrected the User Login Logs export so column headers and data are properly aligned with the information displayed on screen, including impersonation and result details.
  • #4683 - Assessment Management > Audit Form - Fixed the Control Summary and Implementation Solution fields so formatted content is rendered correctly instead of displaying HTML tags.
  • #4689 - Risk Register > RACI - Resolved a 403 error that occurred when accessing the RACI tab while creating a new risk.
  • #4693 - Documet Control Management System - Resolved an issue that marked the Template Form field as required and prevented approvers from approving or rejecting documents.

  • #4726 - Document Control Management System - Resolved an issue that displayed users who had multiple entitlments twice within the Owner dropdown list.
  • #4727 - Document Control Management System - Fixed the DCMS notification logic so all users with the DCMS Manager entitlement receive a notification when a new document is created, rather than notifying only one manager.
  • #4732 - Document Control Management System - Resolved an issue that locked the Publish Date field after an initial date was set. Users can now update the scheduled Publish Date while the document is in Pending, Draft, or Review status.
  • #4735 - Document Control Management System - Resolved an issued that required approvers within the DCMS retirement workflow to approve the retirement twice.
  • #4740 - Document Control Management System - Fixed the DCMS Document Type dropdown so that uploaded document template names are no longer displayed as document types.
  • #4754 - Document Control Management System - Resolved an issue that displayed the Source field when creating a new document even when it was not enabled. 
  • #4756 - Incident Commander - Resolved an issue that prevented the deletion of an incident when an Incident Type was associated with the record.
  • #4763 - Document Control Management System - Resolved an issue that caused deleted DCMS Settings records to be marked inactive instead of permanently removed. Records still referenced by existing documents are kept, and a notification is displayed. 
  • #4772 - Resolved an issue that prevented large policies from saving in Policy Manager.
  • #4774 - Third-Party Risk Management - Resolved an issue that caused the Send Mail to Set Initial Password action icon to become unresponsive for Third-Party Portal Users. 
  • #4777 - Assessment Management > Shared Responsibility Matrix - Resolved an issue that prevented users from adding additional resources to the Shared Responsibility Matrix roles. 

ENHANCEMENTS/FEATURES

  • #4721 - Document Control Management System - Updated the DCMS workflow to enforce required fields progressively based on the document status. 
  • #4722 - Document Control Management System - Updated the DCMS workflow action buttons to use clearer, action-based labels.
  • #4731 - Document Control Management System - Updated DCMS permissions to allow users with the DCMS Contributor entitlement to initiate and add new documents.
  • #4737 - Document Control Management System - Updated the DCMS document creation workflow so the Author field is no longer automatically populated with the user creating the document. The field now remains blank and requires the user to select an Author manually.
  • #4744 - Document Control Management System - Updated the DCMS revision workflow to preserve Team Member and RACI assignments when creating a new document revision. Existing assignments are now carried forward from the previous revision instead of requiring users to configure them again.
  • #4785 - Policy Manager - Updated Policy Manager to display a loading indicator while a policy action is being processed
