#4012 - Administration > Manage Users – Resolved an issue where the “Save & Close” button appeared but was not functional when creating a new user.
#4015 - Assessment Management > Iteration Management > Audit Form – Resolved an issue where note date formats were inconsistent with the standard US date format.
#4019 - Document Control Management System > Published Documents – Resolved an issue where imported documents containing rich text were not publishing correctly.
#4049 - Third-Party Risk Management > Vendor Risk Management Portal - Resolved an issue where some users were unable to proceed after entering a valid verification code during login.

#3770 - Administration > Manage Client > File Repository – Added repository connection monitoring with hourly validation and automated retries on failure. Persistent failures trigger repository disconnection and notification emails to admins.
#3785 - Third-Party Risk Management > Third-Party Risk Assessment > Assessment Details – Assessment risk logic was updated to display a single consolidated risk level when multiple solutions are linked. The system now evaluates all associated solutions and shows only the highest risk level
#4013 - Assessment Management > Iteration Management – Added the ability for audit iterations to prompt users to resume from where they left off or start from the beginning when opening the Audit form.
