Release Notes - CRT v6.11.303, TPRM v3.1.50, & SGA v3.1.31

The above versions were released on 3/26/202. This article contains information about what was included in those releases.

#2668 - BUG - Compliance Management > Engagements > Assessment Management > Iteration: An error message would display when attempting to preview Evidence using the category of "Web Link". This has been resolved.

#3052 - FEATURE REQUEST - Third Party Risk Management > Third Party List - The Third Party listing was enhanced to allow more visibility and ability to configure the view the way the user would like to see it. Including adding addition column options and scroll bars in the view making it easier to navigate on smaller screens.

#3039 - BUG - Maturity Management - An internal review found a few items that needed to be altered within this area. These were resolved in this release.

#3079 - BUG - Administration > Assessment Editor - It was found that users were unable to export certain parts of the assessment for offline review and reimport. This was resolved in this release.

#3084 - BUG - Administration > Users > Authorizations - An issue was found where users were unable to export the Authorization Permission logs. This is been resolved in this release.

#3085 - BUG - Maturity Management > Managed Finding > Tasks > Milestone Tasks - Users reported a grey screen appearing when they would try to add notes. This has been resolved in this release.

#3087 - BUG -  Comp Management > Engagement > Assessment Plan - Users found they were unable to add reciprocity within the Assessment Plan. This has been resolved in this release.

#3109 - ENHANCEMENT - Notifications/User Security - The functionality for notification subscriptions has changed. Where it was initially working as an "opt-in" system at the user level, it has now been changed to an "opt-out" system. New users will automatically be opted-in to receive notifications in the system rather than having to go opt themselves in. Users can opt out within their account settings if they no longer wish to receive certain notifications.

#3172 - ENHANCEMENT - Document Control Management System - An enhancement was made to block the ability to alter the initial change request once the document has been submitted for change.

#3173 - ENHANCEMENT - Document Control Management System - An enhancement has been performed that allows the document to be modified by the approval team while the document is in the approval stage.

#3178 - ENHANCEMENT - Document Control Management System - A new entitlement was added that would allow a user to only view published documents and create CRs.

#3179 - ENHANCEMENT - Document Control Management System - An enhancement was made adding options to override numbers on existing documents & set the next number for the category.

#3180 - ENHANCEMENT - Document Control Management System - An enhancement was made that forces the document naming convention to be based off the Category and Subcategory selected.

#3214 - BUG - Risk Register > Risk > Engagement (tab) - When attempting to add a linked practice occasionally users would receive "Failure" messages. This has been resolved in this release.

#3216 - ENHANCEMENT - RR > Engagements (tab) - Add a column that shows the specific control item

#3223 - BUG - Administration > Application Settings > Data Change Module Logs - It was found that the logs were not filtering data based on selected module as expected. This has been resolved in this release.

#3235 - BUG - Maturity Management > SSP > General Tab - Users were reporting that the "Information System Operation Status" value was not being saved. This was resolved in this release.

#3239 - BUG - Application Wide - It was found that the "Audit/Attachment" log button in different areas of the application has inconsistent functionality. All areas containing this functionality were reviewed and resolved in this release.

#3244 - BUG - Compliance Management > Engagements > Assessment Management > Iterations -  Users reported that the CMMC score was incorrect when they would duplicate an iteration of their assessment. This has been resolved in this release.

#3253 - BUG - Third Party Risk Management - Users reported a few different issues around adding third party users within this module. These issues were resolved in both the CRT and TPRM applications, where applicable, in this release.

#3256 - BUG - Risk Register > Risk item > Engagements (tab) - Users found some specific issues accessing the affiliated document and evidence tabs from this area. This was resolved in this release.

#3258 - BUG - Administration > Assessment Management > Framework Ingestion - It was determined that there were a number of issues with the functionality that led to an overall review. These items were resolved in this release.

#3266 - BUG - Administration > Assessment Management > Framework Ingestion - Created as part of resolving #3258. While under further review it was found that certain critical ingestion fields were missing from the tool. This was updated as part of this release.

#3277 - BUG: Risk Register - It was reported that users were unable to add risks properly as expected. This was reviewed and resolved in this release.
