Release Notes - CRT v6.17.428, TPRM 3.1.63 & SGA 3.2.40

BUG FIXES

  • #3150 - TPRM > TPRM Profile Request – Resolved an issue where repeated clicks on the submit button during profile creation resulted in duplicated data.
  • #3228 - TPRM - Fixed an issue where using the “&” character caused HTML code to be displayed. Special characters now display as expected.

  • #3265 - TPRM > TPRA > Report Details - Resolved an issue where uploading and saving a logo for a report would fail, preventing report generation. Logos can now be saved and attached correctly.
  • #3274 - TPRM > Third Party users - Fixed an issue that prevented new users from being created with usernames previously used by deleted accounts.
  • #3288 - Maturity Management > Managed Findings > Tasks -  Fixed an issue where adding notes to a task that is part of a ‘MileStone’ task caused the notes list to disappear. Notes now display correctly.
  • #3324 - Compliance Management > Engagements > Iterations - Resolved an issue where audit notes were visible to users with the Instance Admin role. Audit notes are now restricted to users with the appropriate Audit entitlements only.
  • #3342 - Administration > Template Management > Report Builder - Updated the cloning process so users now start by selecting an Assessment Type and assigning to an organization or client is now optional.
  • #3344 - Administration > User Authorizations - Fixed an issue where the “Internal Notes Contributor” entitlement appeared as an option for the Client User PSR, but could not be assigned. This entitlement is now properly disabled for that role.
  • #3371 -  DCMS > Attachments - Logs and Preview Attachment buttons are now available in the DCMS module.
  • #3373 - TPRM > Third-Party Risk Assessments - Fixed a navigation issue where using the back button after editing a Third-Party Risk Assessment would incorrectly return users to the Assessment list page instead of the Third-Party Assessment List
  • #3382 - Maturity Management > SSP - Fixed an issue where selecting a date after changing the month in the Date Granted field’s calendar did not populate the field. Dates now populate correctly after month changes.
  • #3400 - TPRM Module/Portal > Users List - Resolved an issue preventing users from being marked active or inactive via the 'Actions' dropdown in the user list. Status changes now apply correctly.
  • #3428 - Administration > Notification Management > Notification Template -  Fixed an issue where email notifications for new Line Items (Modules) were sent to users not assigned to the relevant client. Notifications are now correctly limited to Client Managers and License Managers assigned to that client, along with the instance-level “New Client Notifications” contact. All related emails are now logged in the Data Change Module Logs.
  • #3434 - Risk Register - Resolved an issue where draft risks were visible to users other than the creator. Draft risks are now restricted to the user who created them and are hidden from all other users.
  • #3442 - Risk Register > Risk Register List - Addressed an issue where selecting 'Draft' or 'Submitted' from the status filter dropdown did not display any risks despite existing data. Risks now correctly appear based on the selected status.
  • #3443- Risk Register > Risk Register List > Edit Risk - Fixed an issue where the third-party dropdown appeared empty when trying to add an association, even though third parties had been added. Third parties now display correctly in the selection list.
  • #3458 - Risk Register - Risk Score and Risk Rating fields are now configurable and hidden by default, after being released earlier than intended.

ENHANCEMENTS/FEATURES

  • #3314 - Compliance Management > Engagements > Attendee Scheduler - You can now add new or existing Resources directly from the Scheduler and Attendees screens. 
  • #3348 - Administration > Notification Templates - Enhanced evidence request templates to include additional fields: Client Name, Engagement Name, and Assessment Name.
  • #3351 - Administration > Notification Templates - Updated risk notification templates to include new  fields: Client Name, Risk ID, and the Risk Creator’s first and last name.
  • #3410 - DCMS / User Manager - Renamed the “Process Manager” entitlement to “Process Approver” to better reflect its role.
