How to submit a support ticket via the Support Portal

Need assistance? Your organization’s designated support contact(s) can submit a support request at any time through our Support Portal. Here's how:

Step 1: Access the Support Portal

  1. Navigate to: https://support.cyturus.com/tickets

  2. Log in using your email address and password.

    • If you are a new user select “Register here to create your account.

Cyturus Support designates primary contacts within each client organization to manage ticket submissions and coordinate directly with our team to address questions and issues. If you’re unsure how to submit a support ticket, please consult your organization’s administrator for guidance.


Step 2: Submit a Support Request

  1. Select the “Enter a Support Ticket” option at the top right of the portal.

  2. Fill out the support form:

    • Ticket name (Subject): Clearly summarize your issue/inquiry.
    • Ticket description: Provide detailed information, including what occurred, when the issue began, and any error messages. (Refer to the "How to Create a Perfect Support Ticket" text, or our Knowledge Base article here for tips on supplying helpful details for troubleshooting.)
    • Priority: Indicate how this issue impacts your operations.
    • Product Area: Identify the relevant section of the application.
    • Category: Select the type of issue (e.g., Support, Technical, Billing, etc.).
    • Attachments (optional): Attach any relevant files or screenshots that help clarify the situation.
  3. Click "Submit" to send your request to the Cyturus support team.

Step 3: Monitor Your Support Request

  1. After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your ticket number.
  2. To track updates or respond:

    • Click “Tickets” at the top right of the portal.

    • Review the current status of your request and view responses from our support team.
