How to Create an Organization-level Contract

Organization level contracting allows administrators to create contracts once at the organization level and automatically apply them to all associated clients.

 

Add Contracts at the Organization Level

  1. Navigate to Administration >Manage Organization
  2. Select to edit the organization
  3. Go to Configuration > Contracts
  4. Add the desired contracts you want clients to inherit

 

Enable Contract Inheritance for Clients

  1. Navigate to Administration > Manage Clients
  2. Select to edit the client associated with the organization
  3. Click the Client Contract button
  4. Toggle on the 'Inherit Contract' option

 

All contracts created at the organization level will automatically apply to newly created associated clients.
