How do I find help or support for my questions?

This article summarizes the available support options available to end users within the application.

Our goal is to provide a platform that becomes the central hub for building and maturing an information security program through Continuous Compliance and Risk Management. To that end, we offer to our platform administrators the ability to offer a number of support offerings based upon their needs.  

Please Note: The availability of these options varies depending on the support options that the platform administrator has enabled.

The application has configurable options for the following support offerings:

  1. In-App Help (Videos, Guides, etc.)
  2. Email Support
  3. Phone Support
  4. Knowledge Base

To access the available support offerings it is as simple as first clicking the "?" icon within the application:

Then, you will be presented with the support offerings available to you. Shown are all available options that a platform administrator may choose to offer:

In general, the fastest way to get self-serve support is simply to use our in application help articles, or the  Knowledge Base (if available). In the Knowledge Base you will find a variety of support articles that address many of the common questions we find our customer partners asking. This is constantly growing as we hear from customers and release enhancements to the CRT platform.

The in application help articles are available by clicking the “eye” in the support drop down, and if video training on that portion is available, you can view the video right from there. We are continuing to build out that content, and if you click on the eye and there is no video available it will automatically trigger a support request to build one.
